Little Moon Return Policy

At Little Moon, we strive to provide high-quality baby products and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You may return items within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Proof of Purchase: Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (only regular-priced items may be refunded)
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
  3. Shipping: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation. Ship the item(s) to the address provided in the return authorization email.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item(s).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 working days.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at littlemoon.om@gmail.com with details and photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
